Play alone or with friends, passing the phone around: the microphone hears one voice at a time and everyone sings in their own range. No sign-up and nothing recorded.

How they work

  1. One at a time. The microphone hears one voice at a time: on each person’s turn, pass the phone. From 1 to 8 players.
  2. Everyone in their own voice. Notes and phrases are moved into each singer’s range, so low and high voices compete on equal terms. Singing the same note an octave higher or lower counts too.
  3. The result becomes a link. At the end, the scoreboard gets its own address to send to the group. Playing alone, you can challenge someone to sing the same sequence.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account or an app?

No. The games run in the browser on your phone or computer, using the device’s own microphone. There’s no sign-up.

Are our voices recorded?

No. The sound is analysed on the spot, inside the browser, and is never recorded or sent anywhere. Only each game’s best score is kept on this device.

Can a group play with just one phone?

Yes, that’s the idea: type in everyone’s name (up to 8) and pass the phone on each person’s turn. The microphone hears one voice at a time.

Why does each person sing at a different pitch?

To keep it fair: the notes are moved into each voice’s range. Pick a voice profile, use your saved range or sing a comfortable note to calibrate on the spot.
